RECIPE:
4 Salmon fillets ½ C. Teriyaki marinade 1 box orzo ½ C. chopped fresh or sundried tomatoes ½ C. fresh basil, julienned Olive oil Place salmon fillets in a zip lock bag and pour teriyaki marinade over them. Refrigerate for 1 hour or even over night for maximum flavor. Bring water to boil for orzo, following cooking instructions on the box. Heat 2 Tablespoons of oil in skillet and cook salmon on medium-high about 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through. Drain orzo and toss in 2-3 Tablespoons of olive oil. Add in chopped tomatoes and fresh julienned basil. Serve the salmon over the orzo and enjoy! Super easy and fast! Definitely a family favorite in this house hold. I love to eat the leftovers like a cold pasta salad!
