Crab Rangoon

Serves 4-6

​½ package (4 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 C. chunked crab meat (fresh is best)
30 wonton wrappers
Non-stick cooking spray
2 T. thin sliced green onion
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. On dry surface, lay out 1 wonton wrapper, keeping remaining wrappers covered with dampened cloth or paper towel. Spoon 1 1/2 teaspoons filling into center, and moisten the edges with water.
  4. Press opposite corners together out top of the filling, pinching the center. Then bring the other two corners up, meeting at the top, pressing the seams together to seal.
  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and gently press to flatten bottom. Cover loosely with dampened cloth or paper towel. Form remaining wontons in same manner.
  6. Spray all the wontons with cooking spray and bake at 425 for 8 minutes. Flip over and continue to bake another 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve with soy sauce, stir fry sauce, or sweet and sour sauce. Enjoy!
