RECIPE:

4 Salmon fillets
½ C. Teriyaki marinade
1 box orzo
½ C. chopped fresh or sundried tomatoes
½ C. fresh basil, julienned
Olive oil

Place salmon fillets in a zip lock bag and pour teriyaki marinade over them. Refrigerate for 1 hour or even over night for maximum flavor. Bring water to boil for orzo, following cooking instructions on the box. Heat 2 Tablespoons of oil in skillet and cook salmon on medium-high about 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through. Drain orzo and toss in 2-3 Tablespoons of olive oil. Add in chopped tomatoes and fresh julienned basil. Serve the salmon over the orzo and enjoy!

Super easy and fast! Definitely a family favorite in this house hold. I love to eat the leftovers like a cold pasta salad!

I love this fish. I love the idea that it will be the main attraction and it will be that fish that will give the extra taste to this dish. I want to pair it with a cold drink that has a lemon in it. I will prepare my schedule and I will try to make one. I will have a good time doing this and I will first prepare the things that are needed for me to have a dish that will be eaten by my beloved people.

Almost all of us desire the unique and delicious taste and aroma of deep fried food. But, because frying the old fashioned way is too greasy, tiring and just darn troublesome most folks don't deep at home. But things have changed.

Yes, not having to deep fry is definitely one of the top reasons I love this recipe!

I noticed that it has been a while since the last time I cooked a fish-based recipe. That is the reason why I search for one, and I am glad that I found a perfect one! By just looking at it, I can see that
Teriyaki Salmon with Orzo is yummy. I cannot wait to have it prepared on our table, that's why I am looking forward for that! By the way, I am hoping that I will be able to achieve its taste. I am sure it's going to be hard, but I will still try!
